➡️Product description
KRG-10 Liquid Level Meter
The KRG-10 measures liquid levels by transmitting radar vibrations to the liquid surface and receiving radar echoes. The travel time of the radar pulse is proportional to the distance between the sensor and the surface.
The microprocessors and smart software in the display head analyze the echoes based on the received vibrations and convert them into level output data.
Radar pulses are minimally affected by the tank contents, atmospheric conditions, temperature, or pressure. Therefore, radar measurement has proven to be the most reliable measurement method in most applications.
Additionally, maintenance requirements are zero since no part of the sensor is in physical contact with the liquid.
The KRG-10 also has an unwanted echo suppression function. This function allows the user to prevent incorrect recognition of the reflected wave due to unwanted echoes.
All these features make the KRG-10 highly suitable for process tank applications in the chemical and water industries.
Measurement Range: With “1-2” or “4” antennas and rods, the KRG-10 can provide more precise measurements in depths up to 30 meters and in narrow spaces, depending on the application type and tank levels.
Applications: The KRG-10 can be used to measure calm surface liquids in storage tanks or buffer tanks, as well as mixed surface liquids in reactor tanks.
