ISOTEST Inspect Application

The ISOTEST Inspect is essential for non-destructive high-voltage testing of non-conductive coatings on conductive surfaces such as metal. High-voltage effects make it easy to identify porosity, cracks, and other damages that might be missed during normal visual inspections. With ISOTEST Inspect, it is possible to check corrosion protection, plastic joints, and even water insulation of concrete-covered structures. This high-voltage tester is an indispensable tool for quality control, useful for both product inspection and material testing. It is widely used in the construction of tanks and containers, and for testing completely insulated objects. It is also employed in pipe and pipeline manufacturing, rubber coating, painting, and enamel testing. For testing moist, dirty, and slightly conductive surfaces, ISOTEST Inspect provides maximum test energy with the highest safety, both for the tested product and the test results. Combined with patented automatic regulation, it maintains a stable test voltage even in case of overload.

ISOTEST Inspect 8.0

Test Voltage: 0.5 – 8.0 kV, with 0.5 kV increments.
