Payment and Delivery
1) Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
You can make a payment via bank transfer or EFT to any of our accounts in Akbank, Finansbank, Garanti Bank, T. İş Bank, and Yapı Kredi Bank (in TL).
2) Credit Card Payments via Our Website
You can use your credit card for online single payment or take advantage of Yapı Kredi’s online installment options. The total amount will be charged to your credit card at the end of your order for online payments. In case of a potential order cancellation or stock issue, a refund will be processed to your credit card within 3 business days.
3) Order Refunds
In the event of order cancellations for any reason, Enermak Energy Machinery and Construction Industry Trade Limited Company will refund the product amount to your account and/or credit card within three business days. However, you must provide our finance officials with your bank account information and/or credit card details accurately and completely.
4) Delivery
We strive to dispatch your ordered products to the shipping company on the same day. For products that take longer to obtain, the shipping time is specified as 3 business days in the product details. You will be notified in case of a potential delay in delivery.
To ensure smooth product delivery, please provide the address where you will be during the day as the delivery address.
Your requests will be processed to be prepared according to the delivery type you selected at the end of your order. Products will be shipped from our Istanbul-based company via Aras Kargo. Orders will be handed over to the courier company within 2 (two) business days at the latest after your order is confirmed.
You can consult our customer representative for different delivery conditions. Additionally, courier deliveries are only valid for Turkey.
5) Payment Tracking
If the system encounters any issues during the transaction, our visitor will be notified at the end of the payment page.
In the event of an error at the specified address, the order placer will be contacted regarding the undelivered order.
The validity of the email address provided by our visitor is confirmed by an automatic email sent after the order is processed.
We are responsible not only to the customer but also to the bank whose credit card system we use for the successful completion of the delivery.
PLEASE NOTE!
If you believe the package is damaged during shipment, please open and inspect it in the presence of the delivery personnel. If you think the product is damaged, do not accept it and have the courier prepare a report.
Once the product is received, it is considered that the courier has fulfilled its duty correctly.
If the product is damaged: Please send the report you prepared to 0312 385 11 02 via fax as soon as possible and inform us at info@enermak.com.
By completing these steps, we will initiate work on your package and ensure that the delivery is repeated as quickly as possible.
