SEWER OPENING AND CLEANING (MECHANICAL AND WITH PRESSURIZED WATER)
A significant issue often overlooked in our country is the failure to conduct periodic maintenance and cleaning of sewer pipelines.
The absence of regular sewer maintenance leads to the accumulation of insoluble debris within the pipes, which over time, causes severe blockages within the sewage system.
In the past, primitive methods were employed for sewer cleaning, and even the slightest error would necessitate excavation, resulting in costly repairs.
However, as technology advanced, new and sophisticated sewer cleaning and clearing equipment were developed to address the challenges in this field.

The sewer cleaning equipment within our company is categorized into two main groups.
1- MECHANICAL SEWER OPENING SYSTEMS.
This system involves the advancement of a spiral, driven by an electric or diesel motor, through a sewer pipe, with the cutting tool or other attachments connected to the end of the spiral. Devices effective for pipes up to 600 mm in diameter are available.
SEWER OPENING SYSTEMS UTILIZING PRESSURIZED WATER.
Using a high-pressure pump, sewer opening is achieved by delivering high-pressure water into the sewer pipe through a hose placed inside the sewer. Portable systems, vehicle-mounted systems, and vehicle-back systems that operate with pressures ranging from 100 bar at 30 liters/minute to 200 bar at 72 liters/minute provide services for opening sewer pipes with diameters ranging from 100 mm to 600 mm. Our vehicle-mounted system, equipped with a hot water system in the Profijet, enables the use of hot water to clear sewer pipes in industrial areas with high chemical waste and restaurant areas.
