MRF-10 Flat Radar Level Sensor

Measurements are based on pulsed microwave signals and are suitable for level measurement in applications involving liquids, pastes, and silages.
The MRF-10 uses low-power pulsed microwaves at 5.8GHz. Tank pressure or gas conditions affect microwave propagation less than temperature changes, resulting in more stable measurements.
The MRF-10 uses a measurement principle involving short microwave pulses.
It is mounted on the top of tanks or channels, emitting short microwave pulses toward the liquid or silage surfaces. The reflected microwave signals are then received and processed electronically.
The time from transmission to reception is determined and converted into distance by the microprocessor.
The sensor has an IP 68 protection class, ensuring that the device's main body remains robust even in areas with liquid flow.
It provides clear measurements up to 10 meters in depth, 24 hours a day.
Communication protocol is provided via HART and can be monitored graphically from a PC.
