ASAT
ASAT is now stronger with its newly added fully equipped physical water leak detection vehicle and equipment.
Antalya Water and Wastewater Administration (ASAT) has further strengthened its Physical Water Leak Detection Unit with the addition of a Fully Equipped Physical Leak Detection Vehicle and supplementary equipment. Developed by our company, the Fully Equipped Leak Detection Vehicle consists of both office and workshop sections. The office section is outfitted with computers and electronic systems, enabling all the capabilities of a traditional office to be utilized in the field—ensuring uninterrupted efforts in combating water loss. The workshop section includes essential tools such as an acoustic leak detector, GPR underground radar, push-rod pipe inspection camera, thermal imaging camera, cable and pipe locator, valve and cover locator, flowmeter, electronic pressure gauge, and various hand tools. These allow for rapid and on-site intervention to prevent physical water losses.
Thanks to the vehicle’s ability to generate its own electricity, both the power needs of the office section and the charging of field equipment can be met—enabling uninterrupted 24/7 operation.
By the end of 2021, training and briefings on physical water loss prevention methods and the use of the delivered equipment were completed for ASAT personnel.
We hope that all these new equipment and the vehicle will facilitate ASAT’s efforts in combating water loss and help it become a leading example in this field across the country.
You’ll continue to hear new updates from Enermak Enerji in the fight against water loss.
